DMIdee and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG)

DMIdee has designed its methods of operation regarding the processing and management of personal data in such a way that they are fully compliant with the AVG regulations. The security of data combined with our methods of operation guarantee thorough and correct processing of your assignments.

Data are encrypted on Dutch servers that are solely used for the purposes of your choice, they are kept no longer than agreed upon, and are subsequently destroyed. It is easy to send us your encrypted data. Please send an email to info@dmidee.nl  and we will send you the link through which you can do this.

To keep things simple for you:

When DMIdee processes data for you we are obliged by law to draw up a data processor’s agreement. If you, as the party who carries the responsibility for the data, do not have such an agreement, we are happy to arrange this for you.
